Brittle diabetic gets benefits

Our 46 year old client was diagnosed as a brittle diabetic which meant that her blood sugar can go from very high to very low. The SSA denied her case twice citing that her medical treatment was inconsistent. In truth, because she was without insurance and money, it was difficult for her to see her doctor regulary. After a hearing, the judge awarded her benefits and her back benefits check was over $40,000.
