Verteran gets SSDI benefits

Our client was rated 100% disabled by the VA. However, the SSA claimed he had not enough recent work credits and denied him twice. After almost two years of fighting, the hearing Judge accepted the our argument that his disablity preceded his last date that he was insured and granted benefits. As a result, our client received back benefis to April, 2003.
