Regina Carpenter
Regina Carpenter is a life-long resident of north central West Virginia. She was born and raised in Shinnston, WV, and has spent her adult life living in Fairmont, WV. Gina’s practice consists primarily of the firm’s large Social Security disability and SSI practice, which includes a substantial federal court practice, and the firm’s real estate practice.
Regina graduated Order of the Coif from West Virginia University College of Law in 2001. She had worked as a paralegal in the field of Social Security disability and SSI for nine years prior to her graduation from law school at the offices of her current law partner, Susan McLaughlin. Her undergraduate education degree was obtained, with honors, from Fairmont State College in 1991.
