Established in 1878, Keefer Wood Allen & Rahal, LLP, has a long and distinguished history in central Pennsylvania. Over the years, the firm has grown to more than twenty lawyers who provide legal representation in four broad practice areas: Business and Finance, Litigation, Taxation, and Health Care. We also have several practice groups composed of attorneys and para-professionals offering legal services in specialized areas of the law, including: Pennsylvania State and Local Taxation, Estate Planning and Administration Services, Civil Litigation, Corporate and Business Services, Personal Injury & Workers' Compensation, Educational Law and Real Estate Services.

We act as local counsel for national companies including health care institutions and providers, manufacturers, public utilities and banks and insurance companies. Our main office is in Harrisburg, next to the United States District Court and only a few blocks from the Dauphin County Courthouse, the capitol complex and major state agencies. Our suburban office is adjacent to Trindle Road between Camp Hill and Mechanicsburg, convenient to all West Shore locations.
