Manny Franco is a partner in the firm of Franco & Franco, P. A. in Tampa, Florida where he practices workers’ compensation, social security, and personal injury. He is fluent in Spanish and English. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida (1986) with a Bachelors of Arts in Social and Behavioral Sciences and a Minor in Biology. He is a graduate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School (1990). He was admitted to the Florida Bar in May of 1990, as well as the United States Middle District Federal Court. He is a certified Circuit Civil Mediator performing numerous private mediations in the area of workers’ compensation and personal injury in West Central Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar Workers’ Compensation Section, as well as the Hillsborough County Bar Workers’ Compensation Section. He has lectured on the topic of workers' compensation mediation.

Christine Franco is a partner with the Tampa firm of Franco & Franco. Mrs. Franco received her B.A. from The University of South Florida and her J.D. from Stetson College of Law in 1995. Mrs. Franco practices primarily in the fields of personal injury, social security disability and workers’ compensation and has previously acted as the case law monitor for the News & 440 Report providing updated case law summaries specifically in the area of workers’ compensation, five years and as Editor of the News & 440 Report as well as serving on the Executive Council for the Florida Bar Workers’ Compensation Section as Secretary of the Executive Council. Additionally, she is a past member of the Rules Committee for workers’ compensation appointed by the Department of Administrative Hearings. Currently she is a member of the executive council for the General Practice, Solo and Small firm section of the Florida Bar and is serving as secretary/treasurer to the Practice Management and Develpment Section of the Florida Bar .
