Roger B. Hale
Mr. Hale is an owner and director of the Firm. He received his B.A. Degree in Political Science from Central State University, and his Juris Doctorate of Law from Oklahoma City University. Mr. Hale limits his practice to the area of Social Security Disability and Catastrophic Personal Injury claims. Mr. Hale is a current member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives (NOSSCR), the National Organization of Veterans Advocates, and is licensed to practice before all Social Security Administration Offices of Hearings and Appeals, the Western, Eastern and Northern U.S. District Courts of Oklahoma, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals for the United States and the U.S. Court of Veterans Appeals. Mr. Hale is the Director of the Firm's Social Security Disability Department and Personal Injury Department.
Michael L. Harris
Mr. Harris is an associate of the Firm and the Lead Trial Attorney for our Social Security and VA Benefits Departments. He received his B.S. Degree from Oklahoma State University and earned his Juris Doctorate Degree at Oklahoma City University. While in law school, Mr. Harris was elected as the national chairman of the Law Student Division of the American Bar Association. In addition to his experience in the general practice of law, Mr. Harris has also served the citizens of Oklahoma as Deputy Secretary of Energy and as an Assistant Attorney General. Mr. Harris instructed business law at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma, and has previously taught courses in real estate and financial transactions. He is licensed in both Oklahoma and Arkansas, and admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Western, Eastern and Northern Districts of Oklahoma and the U.S. Court of Veterans Appeals. He is licensed to practice before all Social Security Administration Offices of Hearings and Appeals. Mr. Harris is also a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, the National Organization of Veterans Advocates, and a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives (NOSSCR) . Mr. Harris annually appears at over 300 Social Security Disability/SSI Disability hearings throughout the nation, as well as appearing at several VA Benefit hearings.
