I represent people who have applied for Social Security and SSI disability benefits. This is what I do and this is all I do. My goal is to provide a very personal service for my clients. It is not enough for your doctor to write a note stating that you are “disabled.” Hard evidence on your functional limitations is absolutely crucial to winning your case. Working with you and your doctor, I will make every effort to obtain this evidence early in the process to increase your chances of getting a favorable decision prior to a hearing. When needed, I will prepare a legal brief containing the relevant law and arguments and present it to the Social Security Administration on your behalf.
