If you are disabled, and cannot work, you may be entitled to Government benefits of up to $2,000.00 per month, or more. Many people who apply for such benefits are turned down at first. Don't give up. Many of those people have hired us, and have ultimately received the benefits to which they were entitled.

Mitchell Posin was first admitted to California bar in 1984; he was admitted to the Nevada bar in 1986.

Other Courts to which he has been admitted are the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Education:

Mitchell Posin received his B.A. degree from the University of California at Santa Cruz , and his law degree (J.D.) in 1984 from Golden Gate University School of Law, where he was selected to be a member of the Law Review (Author: First Amendment Access Rights to Pretrial Proceedings, 14 G.G.U.L.Rev. 45)
