Patrick Sherlock
For over 30 years, Mr. Sherlock has successfully specialized in criminal jury trials, sentence hearings, appeals and probation violations in state and federal court; social security appeals to administrative law Judges in disability cases; Probate; Commercial law; Personal Injury; and Real Estate Law.
Mr. Sherlock a former member of the Law firm of Sherlock & Nardi, founded in 1981 by Stephen J. Nardi and Patrick D. Sherlock, both former partners in the law firm of Daley, Sherlock, & Nardi, of Kalispell founded in 1974.
Patrick D. Sherlock was born in Sidney, Montana, July 1, 1943, and was admitted to the bar in 1970. He graduated from the University of Montana (B.A., 1966; J.D., 1970) and served in the United States Army, JAGC, Captain from 1970-1974 where he handled hundreds of general court martials involving murder, robbery, rape and desertion both as a prosecutor and defense counsel. He also planned estates, wrote wills, and was an advisor on the General's staff.
From 1975 through 1998, Mr. Sherlock served as Chief Public Defender for Flathead County, Montana, where he handled thousands of felonies and misdemeanors, and also conducted a private law practice. He specializes in criminal law and appellate practice, DUI's, driver's license petitions, social security, (Social Security Lawyers Nationwide), commercial law, personal injury, probate and real estate.
