Stu Johnson

Attorney Stu Johnson received his law degree from Detroit College of Law in 1991 and started his own Social Security disability firm in 1999. Stu has practiced Social Security exclusively for nearly twenty years and has helped thousands of disabled people receive benefits. Stu is a member of the State Bar of Michigan Social Security section and National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives.

Samantha Ball

Attorney Samantha Ball received her law degree from Wayne State University Law School. She also has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wayne State University. Samantha has practiced strictly Social Security and has been working for Disability Attorneys of Michigan since December 2005. Samantha is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, American Bar Association, Michigan Bar Association, Macomb County Bar Association, and National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives.

Frank Cusmano

Attorney Frank Cusmano received his Juris Doctor with distinction from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He has previously worked for Thomas, Garvey and Garvey; Tanielian and Bohan, P.C.; and Kirk, St. Pierre, Cusmano, and Bieske, P.C. Frank has been working with clients on Social Security disability issues since 1991. Frank is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, U.S. District Court Eastern District of Michigan, U.S. Court of Appeals - 6th Circuit, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Macomb County Bar Association, and National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives.

Danielle Stoner

Attorney Danielle E. Stoner graduated from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. She received her bachelor’s degree in journalism from Wayne State University. Ms. Stoner previously worked for the Children & Youth Services Division of the Michigan Attorney General’s Office and James C. Thomas, P.C. on criminal defense matters. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, Macomb County Bar Association and National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives. Ms. Stoner is a member of the Planning Commission for the City of Roseville and the Roseville Citizens’ Advisory Committee.

Dennis Little

Attorney Dennis Little graduated from Wayne State University Law School in 1999. He received his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Michigan - Dearborn in 1996. Mr. Little has been a member of the State Bar of Michigan since 2001. He has been practicing Social Security disability since 2002.

Kiel Roeschke

Attorney Kiel J. Roeschke graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor's degree in economics and received his law degree from New York Law School. Kiel is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Macomb County Bar Association, National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives, and the American Bar Association.

Adam Banton

Attorney Adam Banton received his law degree from Wayne State University Law School. Prior to attending law school, Adam received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, where he majored in Psychology and minored in Crime & Justice. Adam is a member of the American Bar Association, Michigan Bar Association, Macomb County Bar Association and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives. In his free time, Adam enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking and watching sports.

Wesley J. Lamey

Attorney Wesley J. Lamey graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and received his law degree from Wayne State University Law School. Wesley is a member of the American Bar Association, Michigan Bar Association, Macomb County Bar Association and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives. In his free time, Wesley enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.

Erin Jacobs

Attorney Erin Jacobs received her Juris Doctor with distinction from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. She previously obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Loyola University of Chicago. Erin is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Macomb County Bar Association, and National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives. She currently sits on the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law Alumni Board.
