His knowledge of the field results from his work experience within the Social Security Administration as well as the firm’s representation of over 16,000 Social Security disability applicants since 1986. He is a frequent lecturer on topics involving Social Security disability and retirement.

Laura Cella-Donovan has an extensive background in Social Security disability, worker's compensation, personal injury and insurance defense. Laura has a unique advantage within the field of administrative law, having co-authored West Law's supplement to Massachusetts Administrative Law & Practice. Prior to becoming a partner at Doherty, Cella, Keane & Associates, Laura’s professional experience included general liability claims work within the insurance industry and personal injury litigation in private practice.

Martin E. Keane

keane@dcklaw.com Martin Keane has an extensive background in Social Security disability, personal injury, insurance defense, and litigation. Martin’s work in the insurance industry, prior to private legal practice, adds an important element to the firm’s service capabilities.
Martin heads up our office in Washington DC, where he is able to preserve the significant connections made by Doherty, Cella, Keane & Associates in the disability arena since 1981.

Ryan Cox

Attorney Ryan Cox is a graduate of Saint Anselm College and the University of Denver College of Law. While attending law school, Mr. Cox worked in the Battered Women's Advocacy Program and the Criminal Defense Student Law Office, where he assisted low-income clients with a wide range of legal problems.
Anna Morgan Delligatti
Associate
Attorney Anna Delligatti received her B.A. from the University of Virginia, and then spent two years serving in the Peace Corps in Eastern Europe. Prior to law school, she also worked for Americorps NCCC.
She received her J.D. from Catholic University, Columbus School of Law, where she was a member of moot court and competed in national trial competitions.
Daniel J. Dolce
Associate
Attorney Daniel Dolce was born in Buffalo, New York, where he grew up and attended elementary and high school. He received his B.A., cum laude, in History at the University of Rochester. He earned his J.D. at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law, where he was a member of the Buffalo Human Rights Law Review.
Before joining Doherty, Cella, Keane and Associates in 2005, he practiced primarily bankruptcy, collections and commercial litigation in Buffalo.

Ellen T. Elwell

Attorney Ellen Elwell is a graduate of University of Massachusetts - Boston and a cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School, where she was a member of Transnational Law Review, serving on its executive board as chief note editor.
She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar, and has worked as an associate for Doherty, Cella, Keane & Associates since 1999.
Eric W. Goodale
Associate
Attorney Eric Goodale is an associate in our Washington, D.C. office. He has practiced Social Security disability law exclusively since 2005. Prior to joining Doherty, Cella, Keane & Associates, he spent four years handling Social Security disability claims in Syracuse, New York.
He is a graduate of Penn State University and Albany Law School.
Jennifer A. Lane

Attorney Jennifer Lane grew up in Massachusetts and started with Doherty, Cella, Keane and Associates in 1998. She graduate from Noble & Greenough School, and went on to become a "double eagle," graduating from Boston College and Boston College Law School. As an undergraduate at Boston College she played on the Women’s tennis team, holding the #1 national amateur women’s tennis ranking in one year. She is inductee of the Boston College Athletic Hall of Fame.

David H. Lund

Attorney David Lund is a graduate of North Carolina State University and The New England School of Law. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and the District of Columbia Bar.

Jennifer C. Paredes

Attorney Jennifer Paredes was born in Queens, New York and grew up in Livingston, New Jersey. She is a graduate of Seton Hall University and the New England School of Law.
She is fluent in Spanish.

Jorge A. Rodiguez
Associate
Attorney Jorge Antonio Rodriguez was born in Lima, Peru, and grew up in the suburbs of Chicago. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign College of Law, and also was a visiting student at George Mason University School of Law in Arlington, Virginia.
While in law school he volunteered as a legal clerk at Land of Lincoln Legal Assistance Foundation organizing and teaching "Your Money and Your Life Financial Education" classes for the underprivileged community.
He is admitted to the Virginia Bar.
Elizabeth S. Vaughan
